You
can find food
nutrition tables at each restaurant's official
website where you can click on "nutrition, nutrition facts,
menu, or menu items." The entrees are organized in
tables that will also give you nutritional value for each item,
from side orders and drinks to burgers and salads.
These are appreciated and very
helpful but sometimes it helps to be able to compare them to
other restaurants so you can have a more informed choice,
especially when along a main road, you are bombarded with so
many restaurant choices.
